Shipping & Delivery 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on all UK orders - no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

How long does shipping take?

- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day

- UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch

- Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment - we currently only ship within the UK.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link.

I’ve lost my tracking number. What should I do?
No problem - just email us at support@tekore.co.uk with your name and address, and we’ll resend it within 24 hours.

Can I change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update:

- Delivery address

- Contact details

- Item quantity or variation

Contact us at support@tekore.co.uk within 12 hours of ordering

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours and we’ll cancel it immediately.
If it has shipped, you’ll need to return it once it arrives.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all items. You can find full details in our Refund Policy.

What if something’s wrong with my order?
Please email us at support@tekore.co.uk with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos if applicable

We’ll respond within 24 hours and make it right.
